As a key member of our team, you'll play a vital role in educating clients on tailored benefit solutions, developing and maintaining long-term client relationships, and managing client portfolios with accuracy and professionalism.

Your Role:

As a Remote Customer Care Advisor, you'll be responsible for:

Educating Clients on Tailored Benefit Solutions:

You'll work with clients to understand their unique needs and provide them with personalized benefit solutions that meet their goals.

Presenting to Clients on Zoom:

You'll use Zoom to present to clients and provide them with information about our benefit solutions.

Developing and Maintaining Long-Term Client Relationships:

You'll build strong relationships with clients and work to develop long-term relationships that benefit both our business and their needs.

Managing Client Portfolios with Accuracy and Professionalism:

You'll be responsible for managing client portfolios and ensuring that all client information is accurate and up-to-date.

Working Independently as Part of a High-Performing Team:

You'll work independently as part of a high-performing team, with regular check-ins and support from our leadership team.

High School Diploma or GED:

You'll need to have a high school diploma or equivalent to be considered for this role.

Ability to Pass a Background Check:

You'll need to be able to pass a background check to work with our clients.

Prior Experience in Finance, Sales, or Business:

While prior experience in finance, sales, or business is a plus, it's not required. We're looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service to clients and have a strong desire to learn and grow.

Compensation:

This is a 100% commission-based position with additional monthly residual income based on client retention. We believe in rewarding our team members for their hard work and dedication, which is why we offer a competitive compensation package that includes:

This is a remote position, and you'll have the flexibility to work from anywhere. However, you'll need to be based in Atlanta, GA, and be available to work during our business hours.
