Job Summary

As an Experienced Full Stack Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, building relationships with clients, and maintaining accurate accounting records. You will work closely with our sales team to achieve sales production goals, expand business, and provide exceptional customer service. Key Responsibilities

* Sell nonstandard auto insurance to new and existing customers, meeting or exceeding sales production goals

  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Accurately account for all currency transactions and deliver deposits to the bank in a timely manner
  • Educate and advise customers on insurance products that best fit their needs
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales production goals and expand business
  • Participate in sales contests, bonuses, and incentive plans to drive sales growth and revenue

Essential Qualifications

* Personal Lines or Property and Casualty license preferred (but not required)

  • Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred
  • Sales or customer service experience
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Ability to build relationships with sales customers
  • Excellent follow-up and multi-tasking skills
  • Ambitious professional motivated by opportunity for advancement
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* 1-2 years of sales or customer service experience in the insurance industry
