Sales Training Expert

We are looking for a dynamic Sales Training Content & Certification Specialist to develop, standardize, and deliver high-quality training programs for EV and E-Scooter sales networks across global and Vietnam markets. This role focuses on building comprehensive training materials, digitizing learning content, and ensuring training effectiveness through structured certification and evaluation systems. The position plays a key role in strengthening dealer capability and driving sales excellence.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and digitize training materials in alignment with the approved Global and Vietnam Sales Training Framework, including product knowledge, sales processes, soft skills, and specialized product modules.

  • Ensure consistency, accuracy, and quality of training materials across international markets.

  • Deliver Train-the-Trainer (TTT) programs for VE and provide certification training in accordance with the Sales Training Framework.

  • Conduct TTT programs for Training Managers in international markets to ensure standardized implementation.

  • Design and organize professional certification examinations and Sales contests for Automotive and E-Scooter Sales Consultants in Vietnam.

  • Monitor training quality and evaluate training effectiveness for dealers using assessments, KPIs, and feedback mechanisms.

  • Continuously improve training content and delivery methods based on performance data and business needs.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Education, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

  • 5+ years of experience in sales training, content development, or dealer capability development (automotive/EV industry preferred).

  • Proven experience in developing structured training materials and digital learning content.

  • Strong presentation and facilitation skills, with experience delivering TTT programs.

  • Experience designing certification exams, assessments, or sales competitions is an advantage.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate training effectiveness and propose improvements.

  • Fluent in English; able to work in a global, cross-cultural environment.

  • Proactive, organized, and passionate about developing people and driving sales performance.
