About the Opportunity

This is not an order-taker role.

We’re looking for a seasoned sales professional with a true hunter’s mindset — someone who lives for the close, thrives on performance-based compensation, and understands exactly what keeps small business owners up at night.

If you’ve owned a business or have spent years selling to entrepreneurs, you already speak their language. You understand cash flow stress, growth plateaus, funding challenges, and the pressure of making payroll. You know how to build credibility quickly, uncover real pain, and position solutions that move people to act.

This is a remote W2 role with a strong commission structure and high earning potential. The base salary provides stability — but the real income is earned by closers who consistently perform.

What You’ll Own

Hunt & Close

  • Take qualified inbound opportunities and run a disciplined, consultative sales process. 
  • Control the conversation, uncover real business pain, and drive urgency. 
  • Confidently ask for the sale and overcome objections without hesitation.
  • Consistently hit and exceed revenue targets.  

Speak the Language of Entrepreneurs

  • Build instant credibility with small business owners.
  • Identify operational and financial pain points.
  • Present solutions with clarity, conviction, and ROI-focused messaging.  

Operate Like a Pro

  • Maintain strong pipeline discipline and follow-up rigor.
  • Manage your time independently in a remote environment
  • Use CRM and sales tools effectively to track performance and optimize close rates.

Who Thrives Here

This role is for you if:

  • You have 5+ years of high-performance B2B sales experience
  • You have a proven closing track record (not just activity — results)
  • You are comfortable with compensation heavily weighted toward commission
  • You are competitive, resilient, and internally driven
  • You don’t need micromanagement — you own your number
  • You’ve sold to small business owners and understand their financial pressures
  • Bonus: You’ve been a business owner yourself  

This is not ideal for someone who prefers heavy base salary, long sales cycles without urgency, or purely relationship-maintenance roles.

What You’ll Get in Return:

  • Compensation that Rewards Your Effort: This is a full time W2 position earning a base salary plus commission— On Target Earnings (OTE)  $75,000 - $100,000 in your first year, with the potential to earn $130,000+ as you advance to the Developing Account Executive role.
  • Work Flexibility: Full-time remote position with company-provided equipment, so you can work from the comfort of your home.
