Junior Creative Marketing Manager

What you need to join us
3+ months of experience in creative marketing / SMM / content (commercial, freelance, or pet projects)
Understanding of basic content creation principles (what grabs attention, how visuals & messaging work)
High speed of execution and ability to handle a large volume of tasks
Strong attention to detail and structured thinking
Openness to feedback and fast learning ability
English level: B1+
Nice to have
Basic understanding of digital / performance marketing
Experience creating content (visuals, videos, social media creatives)
Strong interest in creative marketing and growth in this field
Important
Performance marketing experience is not required if you have a strong SMM/content background
We value speed, attention to detail, and motivation more than years of experience
Your responsibilities
Create technical briefs for the creative team based on references and templates
Adapt and scale creatives across different products and hypotheses
Generate multiple variations of creatives using templates (1 reference → multiple executions)
Maintain and organize asset libraries
Work under the guidance of Middle/Senior specialists and quickly iterate based on feedback
Ensure final creatives match the brief
Collaborate with Motion Designers and User Acquisition Managers
