About the Role

We’re looking for a creative and technically skilled Automation Expert to design, develop, and maintain AI-driven workflows and automations that enhance operational efficiency. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to build scalable, low-code/no-code solutions using platforms like n8n, Sapphire, and OpenAI (ChatGPT). This is a high-impact role suited for someone who loves problem-solving and is passionate about the practical use of AI.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and optimize prompt structures to enhance the performance and reliability of AI (LLM)-based tools, especially with OpenAI’s APIs.

• Build and maintain automation workflows using platforms like n8n or similar (e.g., Zapier, Make).

• Integrate multiple tools and APIs to streamline business operations (e.g., CRMs, databases, Slack, email systems).

• Experiment with and deploy conversational and task-based AI agents using ChatGPT and other LLM platforms.

• Collaborate with product, operations, and engineering teams to identify opportunities for automation.

• Monitor performance, log usage, and iterate based on user feedback and results.

• Maintain documentation and best practices for prompt design and automation flows.

Requirements

• 1+ years of experience in automation engineering, AI integrations, or similar roles.

• Proficient in tools like n8n, Sapphire, Zapier, or Make.

• Hands-on experience using OpenAI APIs (ChatGPT, GPT-4) for business automation and content generation.

• Strong understanding of prompt engineering concepts and how LLMs interpret language.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, webhooks, and integrating third-party platforms.

• Basic scripting knowledge (JavaScript, Python, or TypeScript) is a plus.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work autonomously.
