Sr. Art Director
Qualifications: 1. Deliver conceptual thinking & completed ideas especially for Marketing campaign 2. Lead the creative team, give direction for executions across different types of media 3. Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines 4. Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers & videographer and provide Artistic directions 5. Stay on top of all trends and maintain best practices Requirements: 1. Proven working experience as Art Director in advertising agency 2. Hands on experience with Key Visuals, logo design, typography, socmed content & trend, web design, print production, videography 3. Having knowledge in content production 4. 5+ years of experience in an advertising agency or tech industry 5. Proficiency using Adobe Creative Cloud (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, etc), and any other creative tools 6. Excellent portfolio from various type of campaign (ATL, BTL, digital) 7. Focus and strong attention to detail, updated on current trends 8. Able to work well in a team, also independently 9. Demonstrated understanding of and curiosity about current and emerging digital channels and platforms 10. Capacity to listen, digest and resolve the feedback with creative solutions 11. Good attitude & team player
