As a Sales Executive at TenStep you will

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a pipeline of prospective clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design and implement campaigns to promote our products and services
  • Conduct market research and provide insights on market trends and competition
  • Work with the TenStep team to develop new product offerings that meet customer needs

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business development or sales
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes, as needed
