Chief Product & Technology Officer (CPTO)

Location: UK Remote - must be able to travel twice a month

Their products enable financial institutions, enterprises, consultancies, and NGOs to plan and deliver a sustainability strategy by leveraging the nature and climate insights we provide. Value creation for their clients is critical to their success, and delivering products that achieve the core purpose of this role.

The opportunity

This is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of their growth strategy. You'll shape and deliver their SaaS roadmap, bridging product innovation and technical execution with a clear commercial focus. You'll work closely with customers and partners, ensuring their technology remains resilient, secure and genuinely impactful.

• Own an evolving product and technology roadmap.
• Define and lead our unified product and technology strategy.
• Deliver a scalable, secure SaaS platform underpinned by customer insights and robust data.
• Build and inspire high-performing teams; foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
• Align cross-functional teams to strengthen product-market fit and go-to-market success.

• Lead with hands-on technical expertise and a pragmatic, customer-first mindset.
