Product Manager, API Please note: Only candidates currently residing in Singapore with valid work authorization are eligible for this role About the Role Pixalate is seeking a Product Manager to lead our API platform strategy. You'll own our API ecosystem, driving adoption and commercial success of our trust and safety APIs across global markets. This highly technical, strategic role combines deep API expertise with platform architecture and developer experience leadership. Remote position based in Singapore. Key Responsibilities
  • Drive API product strategy, roadmap, and long-term vision balancing innovation, scalability, and market demands
  • Lead full API product lifecycle from conception through launch and iteration
  • Own pricing, packaging, and GTM strategy; publish APIs on major marketplaces and build developer communities
  • Maintain comprehensive API documentation and champion exceptional developer experience
  • Partner with engineering and data science to influence API architecture and technical strategy
  • Serve as technical product expert supporting customer integrations and gathering feedback
  • Define and track key metrics for API adoption, usage, performance, and customer satisfaction
Qualifications
  • 3-5+ years B2B SaaS product management experience focused on API products
  • Experience with API platforms or API-heavy companies (AWS, Stripe, Twilio, Google Cloud, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of API design, REST/GraphQL, webhooks, and modern integration patterns
  • Proficiency with API technologies (REST, GraphQL, gRPC, OAuth, OpenAPI/Swagger), documentation tools, and security best practices
  • Excellence in writing technical PRDs and API specifications for developer audiences
  • Exceptional communication skills for technical and business audiences across globally distributed teams
Preferred Qualifications
  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Engineering, Math, Physics, or related quantitative/technical field
  • Ad tech, cybersecurity, fraud detection, or trust and safety experience
  • Data-intensive products and real-time/streaming APIs background
  • Experience with AI/ML APIs and privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, COPPA)
  • Track record with PhD-level engineers and high-growth startups
