Were currently looking for a TypeScript Fullstack Engineer to join our remote-first development team. Your Role
As a Fullstack Engineer at Radity, you'll work on complex and impactful applications using TypeScript across the stack. Were especially interested in candidates with strong backend skills in NestJS, but frontend-focused engineers with Next.js experience are also welcome especially those eager to grow their backend skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using TypeScript and Node.js.
- Build and maintain backend services using Fastify and modern API design principles.
- Develop responsive and performant frontend applications using React, TanStack (Query/Table/Router), and Mantine.
- Design, implement, and maintain data models and database interactions using Prisma ORM.
- Integrate with internal and external REST APIs and third-party services.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers in a distributed, cross-functional team.
- Ensure code quality through code reviews, testing, and best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the full stack in both development and production environments.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in software engineering.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken) B2+ level or higher.
- Strong proficiency in TypeScript and backend development with Node.js.
- Hands-on experience with Fastify or similar Node.js frameworks (Express, NestJS, etc.)
- Solid experience with React and modern frontend tooling, including TanStack libraries.
- Experience with Prisma ORM and relational databases (PostgreSQL preferred).
- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, backend architecture, and data modeling.
- A strong sense of ownership, attention to detail, and appreciation for clean, maintainable code.
