Key Responsibilities
- Event Support: Assist with setup, execution, and teardown, including lantern distribution and site preparation.
- Staff Coordination: Help manage and direct local staff and volunteers.
- Guest Interaction: Provide professional assistance to attendees to enhance their experience.
- Logistics Assistance: Support the Event Producer with inventory and equipment handling.
- Growth Track: Engage in training sessions to learn event management skills for future advancement.
