As a Virtual Professional, you will provide top-notch administrative and operational support, enabling our clients to focus on their core business objectives. You will work remotely, collaborating closely with a diverse team and contributing to the success of our clients around the globe. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage client communications via phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Increase sales and client lead generation via various CRMs and business application platforms
  • Assist with appointment scheduling, calendar management, and travel arrangements.
  • Conduct online research and prepare reports or presentations as needed.
  • Support project management tasks, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.
  • Assist in data entry and maintain organized digital files.
  • Contribute to administrative procedures and improve existing processes.

Requirements

Qualifications

  • Fluent in English with a C2 Level (spoken and written)
  • 2+ years international business experience in a multi-lingual setting
  • Proficiency in office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools).
  • Effective time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Tech-savvy, with a comfort in using various online tools and platforms.
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field is preferred

Additional Considerations

  • Flexibility in working hours to accommodate client schedules (afternoon / evening)
  • Experience in remote work or collaboration with international teams is preferred.
