Seasonal Inside Sales Setter

Aptive Environmental is a pest control service provider operating in 34 states across the US, co-founded in 2015. They are seeking a dependable Inside Sales Setter to assess pest control needs of prospective customers and transfer them to the sales team, ensuring effective communication and a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities

  • Need to possess a strong understanding of what qualifies a lead to be transferable to the sales team
  • Make a great first impression when speaking with leads
  • Correctly qualify leads for Aptive's service
  • Input data into the leads contact record without errors
  • Seamlessly transfer qualified leads to the sales team
  • Have a positive attitude and contribute to Aptives call center culture in a meaningful way
  • Inbound Setters: Answer all inbound calls that are presented to you. An answer rate of 98%+ is to be expected
  • Outbound Setters: Make outbound calls in a high-volume environment

Skills

  • High school graduate or GED
  • Sales, call center, and pest control experience
  • Ability to effectively communicate the features and benefits of Aptive's service
  • Ability to answer questions and resolve concerns
  • Ability to multitask and pay attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
  • Must provide a quiet, distraction-free work space
  • Stable internet connection with consistent download speeds of 20 Mbps and upload speeds of 5 Mbps
  • Jitter below 20 milliseconds
  • Full attention to job duties during working hours
  • Experience in door-to-door setting, especially in pest control
