A candidate’s specific title and level will be assessed during the interview process. Typical qualifications for a Consultant:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Public Policy, International Relations, Environmental Studies, or a related field
  • Excellent academic record
  • 2–3 years’ experience as a top performer in management consulting, policy advisory, social impact, finance, or a similarly rigorous environment
  • Strong analytical abilities, including experience with qualitative research, quantitative analysis, and/or financial or economic modeling
  • Ability to present information in an insightful, structured, and compelling manner, both written and oral
  • Professionalism and experience working directly with clients, including senior leaders in public, private, or social sector organizations
  • Sensitivity to political, cultural, and equity considerations in complex environments
  • For U.S. offices: demonstrated fluency in English (spoken and written)
