Manager, Talent & Influencer Partnerships (Hulu)

The Hulu Social Media & Influencer Partnerships team is seeking a Talent & Influencer Partnerships Manager who will be responsible for executing influencer and celebrity partnerships that advance Hulu’s Brand and Content priorities, driving awareness among potential subscribers and ensuring that the Hulu brand is a critical part of celebrated cultural moments. The ideal candidate will have experience with influencer marketing, celebrity partnerships, and entertainment social marketing. This person will be a strong communicator and collaborator, a creative thinker, have a positive attitude, a problem solver, experience leading multiple campaigns at once, and be flexible with the ever-changing digital landscape. The position will report to the Senior Team Lead, Hulu Talent & Influencer Partnerships and work with teams across the ecosystem of Hulu, Disney Streaming, Disney Entertainment and The Walt Disney Company. Responsibilities:

  • Execute influencer and celebrity partnership campaigns with individuals whose brand aligns with Hulu’s values and mission and whose followers expand Hulu’s reach among core and opportunity audiences
  • Manage campaigns and projects from strategy to execution, overseeing creative ideation and approvals, asset delivery, feedback across stakeholders, and ensuring projects are completed by established deadlines
  • Oversee external agencies to ensure Hulu continues to deliver best-in-class influencer and celebrity media campaigns from creative production to fan engagement
  • Drive the organic and paid influencer and celebrity social content strategy to foster deeper conversation and earned media around Hulu Brand and Originals campaigns
  • Serve as liaison for select talent and influencer partners, supporting overall relationship management and manage partner requests
  • Be a cross-functional teammate who engages, listens and collaborates. This role works closely with Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Events, Talent Relations, Legal, and Research
  • Create presentations and stakeholder updates that effectively communicate campaign status and performance across internal teams
  • Brainstorm opportunities to enhance how we collaborate with talent & influencer partners to ensure we’re maximizing reach and value-add opportunities that engage partners’ fanbases
  • Analyze performance regularly and have a deep understanding of social and performance metrics to produce postmortem campaign reports, ensuring the team is optimizing performance based on learnings Requirements:
  • 3+ years of entertainment experience across influencer marketing, social media marketing, and talent relations
  • Experience working on social media asset production, commercial and digital production shoots, marketing partnerships, and events
  • A proven and deep understanding of the entertainment social media landscape, platform standard methodologies and consumer behaviors
  • Excellent judgment and partner management when working with influencers, celebrities, their representation (agents, managers, publicists) and internal stakeholders
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Vast knowledge of influencer marketing including trends in the evolving business environment and the data and social metrics needed to demonstrate campaign success
  • Track record of consistently measuring important metrics and KPIs against broader business objectives; understands how to leverage data to uncover new opportunities and insights
  • Great time management skills, organization skills, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to switch between creative projects and analytical/strategic projects with ease
  • Loves TV, film and all things entertainment, especially on Hulu and across TWDC brands
  • Takes initiative on offering suggestions and solutions for team efficiency & process
  • Experience producing and presenting campaigns and delivering results to internal and external stakeholders
  • Proficient in Google Suite, Keynote, Microsoft Suite, and social media tools such as CreatorIQ, Dash Hudson, and/or Tribe Dynamics Preferred Requirements:
  • 5+ years of entertainment experience across influencer marketing, social media marketing, and talent relations Education Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience The hiring range for this position in California is $92,800 to $124,400 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geog
