Job title: Physical Therapist - Home Health Care - Full Time/Days - Jackson, MI Company: Henry Ford Health System Job description: The Physical Therapist provides direct patient care utilizing appropriate age-specific standards of practice for physical therapists in regard to all patient populations served. Works independently and collaborates well with other team members in obtaining patient-centered goals within Henry Ford Allegiance Health. Minimum Education
  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program, Masters or Doctorate degree is required.
Minimum Work Experience
  • One year experience providing physical therapy in healthcare setting.
Required Licenses/Certifications
  • Current Michigan licensure for Physical Therapy.
  • Valid Michigan driver’s license and dependable vehicle insured as required by the State of Michigan.
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
  • Ability to problem-solve
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Must have knowledge about the care of neonate, pediatric adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients
Preferred Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Physical Therapist is highly preferred.
  • Experience in homecare.
