Job Summary: This role will assist with the establishment of strategic direction, priorities, and goals for the claims digital transformation and ensure alignment internally and externally to claims. The individual will lead strategic projects and serve as a strategic thought partner to the CDT organization. This individual will work with key stakeholders to articulate the CDT strategy, develop a prioritized and sequenced roadmap of initiatives, and develop appropriate goals, measures, and prioritized recommendations to Claims IDE leadership. This position is a permanent remote home-based worker. Your home office does not need to be near an Allstate office, but it does need to be in the United States. This position is eligible for a monthly connectivity reimbursement to offset the costs of internet and phone expenses. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide oversight of the operating model needed to support the new CDT capabilities
• Support the development of the CDT strategy by considering all sources of input (e.g. research, test and learn / POC results, partnerships, etc.)
• Conducting key analytics (data sourcing, analysis, testing) required to inform strategic recommendations (e.g., competitor benchmarking, market assessment and financial modeling)
• Effectively communicate key messages/recommendations regarding CDT strategy to all stakeholders
• Ensure the performance and adoption of new initiatives
• Ensures understanding of business objectives, results, processes, etc. across CDT
• Manages stakeholders and effectively uses management tools to improve and increase integration within CDT
• Design and implement an operating model to support new CDT capabilities

Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has supervisory duties. Education and Experience:

• 4 year Bachelors Degree (Preferred)
• 7 or more years of experience (Preferred)
• In lieu of the above education requirements, an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
