[Remote] Specialist, Customer Support

The Specialist, Customer Support will interact with customers, answer inquiries, create sales orders and quotes, and assist with unique account or purchasing needs while demonstrating strong attention to detail and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming phone calls and emails from new customers
  • Serve as first line of escalation for issues with internal partners and external customers
  • Create new sales orders and quotes for customers
  • Demonstrate strong attention to detail and a solid grasp of sales policies and best practices
  • Assist customers with unique account or purchasing needs
  • Work interdepartmentally to support Bluebeam philosophies and goals
  • Assist teammates who perform different tasks within Customer Support

Skills

  • 1-2 years in a customer service, phone center or order entry position
  • Proficient with MS Office applications
  • Comfortable learning new technology
  • Extremely organized and detail oriented
  • A self-starter who is ready, willing, and able to own and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Must be flexible and able to adapt to changes quickly
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
  • Team player who is willing to help others
  • Experience working both remotely and in an office environment
  • Experience with CRM and ERP systems (Salesforce and NetSuite especially!)
  • BA/BS degree
