Fully Remote – Digital Marketing Manager Philippines

We’re Expanding – Join Us as a Marketing Manager (Events) As our Marketing Manager, you’ll take the lead in marketing small and large-scale business conferences targeted at senior-level executives. This role requires a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills. You will:

  • Own the entire marketing strategy - from research and planning to implementation and performance analysis.
  • Collaborate closely with production, delegate sales, and sponsorship teams to ensure seamless delivery and maximum impact.
  • Drive engagement and attendance through innovative campaigns that position OpenGov Asia as a thought leader in tech and governance.

Job Description

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns for events in collaboration with the Client Success team.
  • Ensure seamless operations of both virtual and physical events.
  • Manage social media platforms to enhance brand visibility and attract potential customers.
  • Create and manage engaging content for OpenGov’s social media, email campaigns, and other digital channels.
  • Research, track, and analyse consumer behaviour and market trends to optimise marketing strategies.
  • Prepare detailed reports and analytics on campaign performance, including ROI and KPI metrics.
  • Coordinate with the production team to deliver brochures, websites, and EDMs on schedule.
  • Analyse EDM performance and conversion rates, implementing strategies for improvement.
  • Maintain accurate tracking of call logs within the CRM system.
  • Monitor and improve SEO performance for OpenGovAsia.com.
  • Promote the OpenGov Asia brand across social media platforms.
  • Maintain a working knowledge of media competencies, including messaging, strategy, outreach, integrations, events, and content placement.
  • Develop marketing plans and create EDMs for sales copy.
  • Build and nurture relationships with prospects to support business growth.
  • Provide marketing and operational support to internal teams.
  • Lead and train the marketing team to ensure high performance.
  • Handle ad-hoc projects and duties as assigned.

Requirements / Preferred Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of direct marketing experience, including team management (conference or publishing experience is a plus).
  • Proficiency in mailing list selection, CRM systems, and data analysis.
  • Strong experience in social media management and market research.
  • Ability to develop and execute marketing strategies that drive sales and business growth.
  • Expertise in managing digital media, including websites, email marketing, and social platforms, with a focus on traffic generation and conversion.
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills.
  • Advanced spreadsheet and data analysis capabilities.
