Weâ??re looking for an amazing Business Intelligence (BI) Report Developer to fill this role. Youâ??ll be responsible for playing a crucial role in transforming complex data into reports supporting our core clients. Your expertise will enable our organization to obtain timely operational information, make data-driven decisions, and gain valuable insights. Youâ??ll spend most of your time in hands-on, task-oriented, report development referencing report requirements documentation. This position meets frequently with business owners to discuss needs and effectively communicate technical solutions at a business level.

Responsibilities
- Design, build, deploy, and maintain BI solutions (ad-hoc reports, scorecards, dashboards, automated reports, and more) using a variety of reporting platforms, including PowerBI (with DAX), SQL, and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical specifications and effective reports.
- Possess high-level subject matter expertise for data modelling, data sourcing, data quality, and BI delivery solutions.
- Partner in requirements gathering from non-technical business personnel.
- Perform testing and troubleshooting.
- Work to improve the BI development lifecycle.
- Approach challenges with a can-do spirit, analytical mind, and problem-solving skills.
- Must be able to work independently and collaboratively
- Additional duties and ad hoc projects as assigned by the manager.
- Minimum 5 yearsâ?? experience with SQL, PowerBI, and Excel.
- Minimum 3-5 years Business Analysis experience
- Expert-level knowledge of Power BI, including data modelling, DAX formulas, and custom visualizations
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL for data manipulation and analysis
- Tableau and SSRS experience are a nice to haves, but not required. Experience with Power Apps and SharePoint integrations is a plus, but not required.
- Expertise in the design, development, and formatting of tabular reports, charts, graphs, and dashboards with drilldown capability.
- Strong understanding of data visualization best practices
- Detail-oriented thinker exhibiting strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex concepts and insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work with a minimal amount of direction while being pro-active in keeping their management informed of project related issues
- Familiarity with iterative development and Agile Scrum practicesâ?¯
- Experience with supporting testing phases with users
- Experience with version control
- Experience with data governance
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, OneNote

- Base Salary Range: $ 78,200.00 to 105,600.00. The range is applicable for the labor market where the role is intended to be hired. Final base salary is directly related to each candidates' qualifications and experience uniquely.
