[Remote] Title Curative Specialist
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. FirstSource Title Agency is looking for a proactive, detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Title Curative Specialist. In this role, you will investigate complex title matters, solve problems, and facilitate real estate transactions by reviewing title reports and coordinating with various stakeholders to clear title conditions.
Responsibilities
- Review title reports, identify defects, and drive the resolution process from start to finish
- Work directly with lenders, attorneys, real estate agents, and clients to obtain documentation, clear title conditions, and ensure timelines are met
- Maintain clear, accurate records of curative activity and communicate updates to all parties involved
