Outside Sales Representative- NE Chicago Territory

Remote role Full-time Open position

Auto-Chlor System is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to help grow their business across Northeast Chicago. This role involves high-activity field sales, making in-person cold calls, and managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing new business.

Responsibilities

  • Make 20–30 in-person cold calls per day
  • Prospect, qualify, and close new business in an open territory
  • Lease our dish washing machines, our cleaning systems, and service programs
  • Manage the entire sales cycle—from first conversation to signed agreement
  • Build a strong prospect pipeline
  • Partner with service and installation teams to ensure new accounts launch successfully
  • Take full ownership of your territory, activity levels, and results
  • Represent a family-owned business known for quality service, and long-term customer relationships

  • Comfortable walking into businesses without appointments
  • Strong people skills and confidence speaking with owners and managers
  • Disciplined with time, activity, and follow-up
  • Great with people, connecting with them, and earning their trust
  • Comfortable covering a large geographic territory
  • Valid driver's license
