[Remote] Inbound Sales Development Representative – Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. BigID is an innovative tech startup that focuses on solutions for data security, compliance, privacy, and AI data management. The Inbound Sales Development Representative will be responsible for evaluating and converting inbound leads into qualified meetings and pipeline for the enterprise sales team, while developing foundational sales skills and engaging with senior leaders in the field.

Responsibilities

  • Be the first point of contact for inbound leads from marketing programs, events, content downloads, and webinars
  • Own speed-to-lead execution while maintaining high qualification standards, ensuring the sales team spends time only on real opportunities
  • Evaluate inbound demand and determine which opportunities warrant deeper engagement, ensuring the sales team focuses on the highest-value prospects
  • Be accountable for converting inbound interest into qualified meetings and pipeline that drives revenue
  • Partner closely with marketing, AEs, SEs, and CSMs to ensure every lead is maximized and progressed
  • Learn to work enterprise accounts strategically over time by researching stakeholders, multithreading, and building account intelligence
  • Use modern sales technology and AI tools to research accounts, personalize outreach, and work efficiently at scale
  • Develop strong foundational sales skills, including discovery, qualification, objection handling, and business-value conversations
  • You will regularly interact with senior leaders across security, privacy, data, and AI governance functions inside global enterprises
