Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive onboarding programs for new Career.zycto clients, ensuring a smooth transition and rapid product adoption.
  • Conduct personalized and group training sessions (virtual) to educate users on platform functionalities and best practices.
  • Develop and maintain engaging onboarding documentation, tutorials, FAQs, and self-help resources.
  • Gather user feedback and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Sales teams to identify areas for product improvement and enhanced user experience.
  • Proactively monitor user engagement and success metrics, intervening with targeted support to prevent churn and drive value realization.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for new clients during their initial onboarding phase, building strong relationships and trust.
  • Stay updated on industry best practices for user onboarding and SaaS trends to continuously refine our approach. Required Skills
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a User Onboarding, Customer Success, or Client Training role within a SaaS environment.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
  • Strong empathy and active listening skills, able to understand user needs and tailor solutions effectively.
  • Proficiency with CRM software, project management tools, and online collaboration platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to create engaging training materials and deliver effective presentations.
  • Proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills to identify and address user pain points.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting and manage time effectively with flexible hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with recruitment technology or HR software platforms.
  • Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or customer education tools.
