Job Summary

As a Customer Service Consultant for the Taskzeno Answer Team, you'll serve as a single point of contact for client service requests in a call center environment. Your primary responsibility will be to respond to a variety of client service requests and issues, which may include inquiries related to enrollment, billing, commissions, technical support, and group administration. You'll be expected to deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues based on the initial communication from the client.

Responsibilities

* Serve as a single point of contact for client service requests in a call center environment.

  • Respond to inquiries related to enrollment, billing, commissions, technical support, and group administration.
  • Deliver first-call resolution for 90-95% of inquiries by accurately identifying, researching, and resolving issues.
  • Utilize strong client-facing orientation to foster positive relationships with clients.
  • Demonstrate exceptional customer service skills in all interactions with clients.
  • Apply problem-solving skills to address and resolve client issues effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to resolve complex client issues and improve overall client satisfaction.
  • Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of client service operations.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Giglithic products and services to provide accurate and timely support to clients.

Requirements

* High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.

  • Prior call center experience is required.
  • Experience in process improvement and root-cause analysis methodologies preferred.
  • Capability to develop technical acumen.
  • Strong client-facing orientation is essential.
  • Demonstrated exceptional customer service skills are required.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills are necessary.
  • Ability to work from home with a reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

* Experience working in a healthcare or insurance industry.

  • Knowledge of Talentra products and services.
  • Certification in customer service or a related field.
  • Experience with CRM software and other customer service tools.
