Data Entry Specialist – Philippines – WFH, Night Shift (US Time-Zone)

Job Summary Houston Skilled Consultancy is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to join our remote team in the Philippines. Key Responsibilities

Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases.

Verify, correct, and review data to ensure integrity and consistency.

  • *

Process customer and client information in accordance with internal standards and confidentiality guidelines.

  • *

Generate daily and weekly reports as required by the management team.

  • *

Communicate effectively with team members across different departments to resolve data discrepancies.

  • *

Perform administrative support tasks such as preparing spreadsheets and organizing digital files.

  • *

Ensure all assigned work is completed within deadlines while maintaining accuracy and quality standards.

  • Required Skills and Qualifications

Proficient computer literacy with strong knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, and database management tools.

  • *

Excellent typing speed (at least 40 WPM) with high accuracy.

  • *

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • *

Good command of written and spoken English.

  • *

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Reliable internet connection and access to a computer or laptop.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive data responsibly.

0–2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.

Fresh graduates or career shifters are welcome to apply — training will be provided.

  • Working Hours

Night Shift: 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Philippine Time)

  • *

Follows US Time-Zone (EST/PST) to align with international clients.

Monday to Friday schedule with weekends off.
