As a Text Chat Operator – Social Media Support Specialist, you'll be the face of Giglithic, engaging with customers directly on our website, addressing their questions and concerns with professionalism, empathy, and a smile. Whether it's providing details on shipping rates, explaining return policies, or checking inventory, your goal is to enhance the customer experience through effective communication and timely support. You'll be working in a fully remote environment, with the flexibility to choose your own hours and balance this role with your personal commitments.

Key Responsibilities:

* Engage with customers directly on our website, addressing their questions and concerns through text-based chat

  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Utilize Talentra's comprehensive training program to develop your skills and knowledge in customer support
  • Collaborate with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide solutions that meet their needs
  • Stay up-to-date on Flexoraq's products and services, as well as industry trends and best practices
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction

Essential Requirements:

* Compatible device (phone, tablet, laptop) for accessing chat platforms and social media

  • Independent work ethic with a commitment to follow instructions accurately
  • Availability to engage in chat support for 10+ hours each week
  • Stable and reliable internet connection
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a remote environment

Preferred Qualifications:

* Previous customer service experience, either in-person or online

  • Familiarity with chat platforms and social media tools
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Google Suite
