• * Provide friendly, professional, and knowledgeable assistance to Costco members regarding logistics, inventory, and product availability.
• * Coordinate and monitor incoming and outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
• * Maintain accurate records of inventory and logistical operations.
• * Support warehouse staff in organizing, labeling, and stocking products efficiently.
• * Assist in resolving member issues related to orders, deliveries, or product handling with prompt and courteous service.
• * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve member experience and optimize logistical workflows.
• * Adhere to company policies, safety protocols, and operational procedures at all times.
• Required Skills and Qualifications:
• * High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in logistics, supply chain, or customer service is a plus.
• * Strong interpersonal and communication skills to interact effectively with members and team members.
• * Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• * Proficiency in basic computer systems and inventory management software.
• * Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in record-keeping and reporting.
• Experience:
• * Previous experience in customer service, retail, warehouse, or logistics operations is preferred but not mandatory.
• * Experience in managing inventory, shipments, or order processing is advantageous.
• Working Hours:
• * Full-time and part-time positions available.
• * Flexible shifts including weekdays, weekends, and occasional holidays to meet operational demands.
• * Some evening or early morning shifts may be required based on warehouse schedules.

• * Knowledge of logistics, warehouse operations, and inventory management.
