Senior Director, Corporate FP&A & Forecasting

Remote role Full-time Open position

About the position We are seeking a highly analytical, execution‑oriented Senior Director to lead our Corporate Finance function. In this pivotal leadership role, you will drive monthly and quarterly close processes, develop global corporate spending assumptions, and deliver CFO- and Board-level financial materials with autonomy and executive partnership. You pay attention to detail while not losing sight of the big picture, and can transform complex data into actionable, executive-level insights. You will join the Corporate FP&A team—a tight‑knit, fast‑moving, and deeply collaborative group supporting corporate forecasting and reporting. Our mission is to ensure clarity, accuracy, and strategic guidance around top‑line performance. You’ll partner closely with our own internal finance teams to deliver insights that drive executive decision‑making. • Process Innovation: Architect FP&A policies and governance while proactively identifying and automating manual workstreams to achieve scalable, high-integrity financial reporting. Experience implementing AI frameworks for predictive modeling or process efficiency is preferred.
  • Annual Operating Plan (AOP): Collaborate with Strategic Finance to develop the Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long-Range Planning (LRP) models. Partner with the broader FP&A and Systems teams to integrate and formalize the plan within Adaptive Insights.
  • Forecasting: Partner with Strategic Finance to architect quarterly guidance frameworks. Drive operational synergy by aligning with Sales and Operations on the core assumptions powering the financial outlook

  • Professional Experience: 15+ years of progressive experience in FP&A and corporate function, ideally at a SaaS or subscription‑based company.
  • Technical Experience: Expert-level financial modeling and excel skills, understanding of tools like Adaptive and NetSuite, and a thorough understanding of corporate processes.
  • Communication Excellence: Exceptional verbal and written skills, with the ability to present complex topics to senior stakeholders with clarity and confidence.
