We are currently seeking a Digital Solution Architect - AI Native BPS (US Remote) to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). Location: Hybrid/Remote Type: Full-Time Role Overview: You will lead the design of end-to-end business process solutions powered by AI agents and decision-support platforms. Acting as the bridge between client stakeholders, product teams, and engineers, you will map current-state operations and co-create the future-state AI-native architecture. Key Responsibilities:
- Understand client workflows (e.g., claims, lending, KYC) and pain points
- Architect AI-native solutions leveraging modular agentic platforms
- Define data and process models in collaboration with ontology and ML teams
- Drive roadmap alignment between domain priorities and tech capabilities
- Present solutions to C-level stakeholders and drive adoption Required Skills:
- 10+ years in Healthcare Payor or Banking
- Strong understanding of digital transformation and BPS
- Experience in designing automation workflows or BPaaS models
- Excellent client-facing communication and executive storytelling skills
