Senior Product Manager - Hybrid IT Automation & Cloud Solutions

Description Are you passionate about Hybrid IT Automation and excited to play a key role in a rapidly growing market? We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team. This hands-on role involves bringing best-in-class solutions to market in areas like real-time Hybrid IT Automation, Workload Automation, Cloud, and Data Pipeline Automation. As a Senior Product Manager, you will collaborate with teams across the organization to drive continued growth and help shape the future of our solutions. This position is fully remote with a preference for candidates located in North America, especially those in the Atlanta, GA area. Quarterly travel to the Atlanta office is required. You will report directly to the Chief Product Officer.

  • Proven success in an enterprise software environment
  • Hands-on experience in IT Automation solutions, including Job Scheduling, Workload Automation, and Service Orchestration & Automation Platforms
  • Track record of successfully launching and updating products (SaaS and private cloud)
  • Ability to clearly articulate the value of products to various stakeholders
  • Experience working in agile teams
  • In-depth knowledge of modern IT infrastructure, including cloud platforms and DevOps
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective customer engagement
  • Expertise in handling challenging customer situations
  • Deep understanding of the sales lifecycle for IT management solutions
  • Ability to contribute to long-term product strategy

Responsibilities

  • Work across all areas of the business (sales, marketing, services, support) to bring new products and features to market
  • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation to launch, working with agile teams and key stakeholders
  • Clearly communicate the business value of products to different stakeholders
  • Demonstrate curiosity and a passion for staying ahead of technology trends
  • Engage with customers through webinars, conferences, and small group settings
  • Navigate complex sales lifecycles and leverage your understanding of buyer personas
  • Travel up to 25% of the time, primarily in North America

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
