Job Overview

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Entry Customer Service Representative to join our Dallas, TX office. As a Data Entry Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, processing customer inquiries, and maintaining accurate and up-to-date records. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and chat support

  • Process customer inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate complex problems to senior team members
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including customer information, orders, and transactions
  • Enter data into our CRM system with high accuracy and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product knowledge to provide informed support
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first-call resolution, and data entry accuracy

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of experience in customer service, data entry, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word
  • Ability to learn and adapt to new systems, processes, and technologies

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in a call center or customer service environment

  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data entry software
  • Knowledge of customer service principles, practices, and industry standards
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills (English and Spanish)
