Position Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

  • Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
  • Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
  • Helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system to ensure a seamless experience
  • Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
  • Collaborating with our team to resolve complex customer issues and provide exceptional service

Minimum Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Compensation and Perks

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll enjoy a competitive salary range of $24 to $29 per hour, with significant growth and earning potential. You'll also receive a $2 shift differential to recognize your hard work and dedication.
