Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing exceptional customer service to customers via phone, in-person, and online
  • Resolving customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Processing customer orders, including taking payments and handling returns
  • Maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
  • Collaborating with the pizza making team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge
  • Working flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Key Responsibilities

* Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner

  • Take orders accurately and efficiently, using our point-of-sale system
  • Process payments and handle returns in a professional and courteous manner
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the dining area, kitchen, and storage areas
  • Collaborate with the pizza making team to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and product knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time
  • Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic math skills and ability to handle cash and credit transactions

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in the food service industry

  • High school diploma or equivalent in a related field (e.g. hospitality, business)
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
