Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Customer Experience & Education Consultant (Hybrid) to join our team in New York City, NY. As a key member of our customer experience team, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints, including in-store and online. You'll work closely with our global teams to create impactful educational content that resonates with our customers and drives engagement and loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

* Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints, including in-store and online

  • Collaborate with our global teams to develop and implement customer experience initiatives
  • Conduct customer research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, employees, and partners
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and education
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of customer experience initiatives
  • Analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies

Essential Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 3+ years of experience in customer experience, education, or a related field
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing successful customer experience initiatives
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with customer research and analysis
  • Familiarity with industry trends and best practices in customer experience and education

Preferred Qualifications

* Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field

  • 5+ years of experience in customer experience, education, or a related field
  • Experience working in the cosmetics and haircare industry
  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products and services
  • Experience with data analysis and metrics development
  • Certification in customer experience or education
