Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk and Office Associate to support our community development initiatives in Winnebago, NE. The successful candidate will be responsible for accurately and efficiently entering data for SORNA management information, assisting the supervisor in establishing and maintaining databases, and providing exceptional administrative support to our team. Key Responsibilities

* Accurately and efficiently enter data for SORNA management information into our database systems

  • Assist the supervisor in establishing and maintaining databases, spreadsheets, and other administrative tools
  • Provide exceptional administrative support to our team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and performing various administrative tasks
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, files, and databases
  • Develop and implement efficient data entry processes and procedures to improve productivity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and objectives
  • Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a related field preferred

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills
  • Ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
  • Experience with database management systems and data entry software preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a community development or non-profit organization

  • Knowledge of SORNA management information and database systems
  • Certification in data entry, administrative support, or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience with project management software and tools
