Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Scheduler/Customer Service Representative to join our front office team in Livonia, MI. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

  • Schedule appointments and manage the front office calendar, ensuring seamless communication with clients and internal teams
  • Process customer orders, inputting information accurately into our dispatch system
  • Utilize MS Office and QuickBooks to manage customer data, schedules, and other administrative tasks
  • Multitask effectively, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient communication and resolution of customer issues
  • Maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2-3 years of experience in an office environment, performing clerical duties and receiving multiple inbound calls
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact with clients, internal teams, and external partners
  • Proficient in the use of computers, software, and technology, with experience in MS Office and QuickBooks
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and resolve issues effectively

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in the restoration industry or a related field

  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software and dispatch systems
  • Certification in customer service or a related field (e.g., Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR))
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse client populations
