The Role

As an Online Chat Representative/ Live Chat Agent at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, delivering exceptional service standards and advice to address their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as the primary point of contact and delivering excellent service standards and advice to clients for their enquiries, complaints, and other service-related issues.
  • Working closely with internal stakeholders to solve client issues and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Performing root cause analysis of issues and non-compliance of service levels, and working with various stakeholders to implement opportunities for improvement.
  • Developing account plans to enhance service delivery and ensure strong customer satisfaction.
  • Handling inbound calls and emails in a professional manner, resolving customer inquiries and requests.
  • Working with various internal teams to ensure prompt and accurate order processing and delivery.
  • Escalating customer feedback as required.

Ideal Profile

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess:

  • At least 1 year of experience within a Client Services or Customer Service role, ideally within the Accounting Industry, Asset Management, and Telecommunications industry.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders to drive desired outcomes.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to deal with numerical data.
  • The ability to work as a strong team player, managing multiple stakeholders and building high-performing teams.
  • A strong mentor and coach who can build high-performing teams.
