Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Researching destinations, weather, customs, and special activities to provide valuable insights to our clients
  • Booking travel plans, including hotels, resorts, car rentals, airport transfers, airfare, cruises, tours, and activities
  • Developing strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
  • Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after their vacation to ensure client satisfaction
  • Maintaining accurate client records to facilitate repeat business and referrals
  • Participating in daily trainings to stay up-to-date on new products, destinations, and promotions

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • To be at least 18 years of age
  • A smartphone, tablet, and/or computer/laptop with reliable internet access
  • A willingness to learn and be coachable
  • Self-motivation and a passion for helping others
  • Comfort with various social media platforms
  • Effective communication skills (sales or customer service background a plus but not required)
  • Attention to detail and good organizational skills
  • Comfort working with minimal supervision

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

  • Previous experience in customer service or sales
  • Familiarity with the travel industry
  • Knowledge of travel-related software and systems
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
