Your Weekend Responsibilities

As a Weekend Chat Support Agent, you'll be responsible for providing timely and effective support to arenaflex's subscribers via live chat and email. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Responding to live chat and email tickets through an online platform
• Assisting users with password resets, billing corrections, product questions, and upgrades
• Following prewritten scripts and escalating complex cases when needed
• Maintaining accurate notes and ticket tags after each chat
• Keeping every conversation polite, helpful, and clear

Training Process
