Job Summary The HR Compliance Coordinator provides part-time and temporary HR administrative support to all Shake Shack employees with a focus on Form I-9, Social Security Verifications, HR data accuracy, and other administrative duties as needed. Eligible locations Onsite - Atlanta, GA Support Center (2 Ballpark Center, 800 Battery Ave SE Atlanta, GA) Onsite - New York Support Center (225 Varick St. New York, NY) Job Details This role is part-time / temporary and is currently only approved through 12/31/26. Expected hours per week: 5-7 hours Expected pay range: $23.00 - $30.00 /hour Onsite Job Responsibilities and Duties Supports E-Verify process for new hires Supports Social Security Administration mismatch process Ensure Form I-9 reverifications are completed timely Supports other HR administrative duties as needed Knowledge, Skills, Abilities Excellent verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail. Strong organization skills. Demonstrated ability to always maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of Form I-9 and labor laws. Microsoft Office Suite proficiency Knowledge in HRIS &report tracking systems preferred.
