Job Overview

As a Part-Time Data Entry Specialist III, you'll be responsible for supporting customer service and data management activities across various platforms and tools. You'll work closely with our IT, marketing, customer service, sales, and customers teams to ensure seamless integration and effective data management. Your attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and experience in data entry, customer service, and Microsoft Office applications will be essential in delivering exceptional results.

Responsibilities

* Facilitate registration and onboarding of new users requesting access to digital applications

  • Monitor and respond to email correspondence from internal and external users to ensure successful usage of digital applications
  • Provide troubleshooting support and quality customer service with users via email
  • Support data entry and administration within digital applications
  • Support data entry and data management activities across platforms and tools
  • Support data hygiene activities
  • Support data updates within digital applications

Requirements

* Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)

  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook and Office applications
  • Experience with customer service
  • Experience with data entry
  • Experience with Salesforce, Adobe products, and SAP preferred but not required

Note:
