Key Responsibilities

  • Data Management & Reporting: Design, build, and maintain standard and ad‑hoc reports using HRIS tools, SQL, Microsoft Excel, and Business Intelligence platforms. Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources to ensure integrity and availability.
  • System Configuration & Enhancement: Provide configuration support for HR applications (e.g., SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central), conduct system testing, and create detailed documentation for new releases and upgrades.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with regional HR, IT, Finance, and Payroll teams to translate business needs into technical specifications, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with security protocols.
  • Issue Resolution & Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for end‑user inquiries, troubleshoot system issues, and propose process improvements that reduce friction and enhance user satisfaction.
  • Quality Assurance: Execute test scripts for data loads, validate results, and perform regular data quality assessments to identify anomalies, trends, and opportunities for corrective action.
  • Project Participation: Contribute to larger HRIS initiatives, including system migrations, module rollouts, and data governance projects. Lead specific work‑stream tasks as required.
  • Documentation & Training: Develop clear, user‑friendly documentation and training materials to facilitate knowledge transfer across the organization.

Essential Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. (A high school diploma or GED with equivalent professional experience is also acceptable.)
  • Experience: Minimum of three years in HR data analysis, reporting, or HRIS support, including hands‑on experience with SAP/SuccessFactors or comparable HR platforms.
  • Technical Skills:
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel (functions, pivot tables, charts, data validation, macros).
    • Intermediate knowledge of SQL for query creation, data manipulation, and reporting.
    • Familiarity with Microsoft Access, PowerPoint, and Word for documentation and presentation purposes.
  • Analytical Acumen: Ability to interpret complex data sets, identify trends, and make data‑driven recommendations to senior stakeholders.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, capable of translating technical concepts for non‑technical audiences.
  • Customer Service Orientation: Demonstrated success delivering high‑quality support to internal and external users, with a focus on solution‑focused problem solving.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced SQL expertise, including database design and performance tuning.
