What You'll Do
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, your primary responsibilities will include:
- Communicating with customers via phone, email, or online chat to resolve their inquiries and concerns
- Researching and problem-solving to provide solutions that meet customer needs
- Operating with empathy, active listening, and a willingness to learn and grow
- Collaborating with team members and managers using virtual collaboration tools like Zoom and Slack
- Adapting to change and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- 2 years of customer service experience
- Strong written, verbal, and listening skills, as demonstrated through a written assessment
- Ability to multitask and perform well in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in computer usage for data entry and efficient internet browsing
- Adaptability to change and flexibility to shift schedule and work overtime as needed
- Dedication to maintaining confidentiality and securing critical information
- High school graduate or equivalent experience
- Willingness and ability to pass a background check
Technical Requirements
To ensure a seamless customer experience, you'll need:
- A dedicated workspace with a computer monitor and minimal distractions
- A reliable wired, high-speed internet connection with a download speed of at least 30 Mbps and an upload speed of at least 10 Mbps
