Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in handling inbound calls, assisting customers with account inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, processing payments, and providing product and service recommendations. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls from customers, responding to their queries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Assisting customers with account inquiries, including account setup, billing, and payment processing
  • Troubleshooting technical issues, providing solutions, and escalating complex problems to senior team members when necessary
  • Providing product and service recommendations to customers, based on their needs and preferences
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, including call logs and issue resolutions
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
