Responsibilities

As a Licensed Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

  • Assisting clients with policy questions, updates, and claims with precision and care.
  • Providing A+ customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported.
  • Managing policy renewals, endorsements, and changes with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Collaborating with insurance carriers to ensure smooth transactions and exceptional service.
  • Supporting Account Managers with quotes, reports, and client correspondence, helping to drive business growth and client satisfaction.
  • Identifying opportunities to cross-sell/upsell and help clients maximize their coverage, ensuring that they receive the best possible outcomes.

What You Bring to the Table

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring the following skills and qualifications:

  • 5+ years of experience in personal lines insurance, preferably in an independent agency setting.
  • Active P&C License, demonstrating your expertise and commitment to the industry.
  • Stellar communication and customer service skills, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
  • Insane attention to detail, with the ability to catch what others miss.
  • Proficiency in insurance software (AMS360, Applied Epic) and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Ability to multitask like a pro in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and exceeding expectations.
