Your Role as a Customer Service Advocate

As a Customer Service Advocate at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, providing top-notch support to our members, clients, and healthcare providers. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Helping clients, customers, and healthcare providers understand our business and services, including topics like payment determinations, claims, and medical procedures.
  • Taking ownership of customer issues and resolving them efficiently and effectively, often in a single chat session.
  • Educating customers on disease management programs and recommending healthy living programs tailored to their needs.
  • Collaborating with our team to develop and implement solutions that meet the evolving needs of our members.
  • Participating in regular development opportunities and mentorship programs to enhance your skills and knowledge.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A High School Diploma or equivalent, with an Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with the ability to multitask independently and on a computer.
  • Knowledge of Medical Terminology is a plus, but not required.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Exceptional organizational and time-management focus, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
