Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the primary point of contact for our patients, suppliers, and payors. You'll be responsible for providing exceptional support, answering calls, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Your strong communication skills, empathy, and problem-solving abilities will enable you to build strong relationships with our customers and provide them with the support they need.

Key Responsibilities

* Answer incoming calls from patients, suppliers, and payors in a timely and professional manner

  • Gather and verify patient information, including medical history and insurance details
  • Use critical thinking skills to identify patient needs and provide solutions
  • Document all calls and interactions in our CRM system
  • Meet quality assurance standards and key performance metrics, including first-call resolution and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve complex issues and provide exceptional support

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred

  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Excellent communication, empathy, and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Google Suite applications and data entry
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Clinical terminology knowledge preferred
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with diverse patient populations
