Key Responsibilities

Travel Booking Management: Assist clients in securing flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, tours, and other travel services, ensuring each reservation aligns with their preferences and budget. Client Relationship Hub: Serve as the main point of contact, handling inquiries, special requests, and concerns with a friendly, professional demeanor that reflects Hirefluxa’s brand standards. Customized Itinerary Design: Create personalized travel itineraries, offering recommendations on destinations, activities, and local experiences based on each client’s unique interests. Supplier Coordination: Communicate with airlines, hotels, cruise lines, and tour operators to confirm reservations, negotiate upgrades, and secure special amenities for guests. Issue Resolution: Proactively address last‑minute changes, cancellations, or any travel‑related challenges, ensuring a smooth and hassle‑free experience for the client. Record‑Keeping Excellence: Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date records of bookings, payments, client communications, and any relevant documentation within Taskora’s CRM system. Industry Insight Development: Stay informed about emerging travel trends, destination news, and policy updates to provide expert advice and elevate client satisfaction.

Essential Qualifications

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with an innate ability to listen actively and respond empathetically. Strong attention to detail and superior organizational abilities, enabling you to manage multiple client requests simultaneously. Demonstrated problem‑solving aptitude, especially in high‑pressure situations where quick, client‑centric decisions are required. Comfortable working in a remote environment, maintaining self‑discipline, time‑management, and a reliable home office setup.
